How we help
Peer Support is the help and support that people with lived experience of mental health issues are able to give to one another. We run a range of groups and activities which provide an opportunity for people with similar diagnosis/signs and symptoms to meet to share experiences, offer support and share ideas and coping strategies.

Who are MEGAN CIC?
We aim to provide opportunities for people experiencing mental health issues to share their views and experiences. We offer peer support through group attendance and raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing to combat stigma and discrimination.
