MEGAN CIC aim to provide opportunities for people experiencing mental health issues to share their views and experiences. We offer peer support through group attendance and raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing to combat stigma and discrimination.

MEGAN CIC run a 2-part Personality Disorder Awareness Session for service users & carers who live in Kent & Medway every month.

The sessions are run via Zoom and cover the following:

  • What is a personality disorder
  • Different personality disorders
  • Why it exists
  • Treatments
  • Coping with PD
  • Why peer support can be helpful
  • Opportunity for questions and discussions
