Peer Support

Peer Support

How we help

Peer Support is the help and support that people with lived experience of mental health issues are able to give to one another. We run a range of groups and activities which provide an opportunity for people with similar diagnosis/signs and symptoms to meet to share experiences, offer support and share ideas and coping strategies.

Every voice matters

We hold regular events open to anyone with an interest in mental health to hear about local services, share experiences and give feedback. For further information about upcoming events, please contact us.
