We run a programme of peer support groups in Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley for anyone aged 17+ who is experiencing mental health issues –
no diagnosis is required. The groups provide a safe, friendly and non-judgemental space to meet with others to share experiences, learn and discuss
coping strategies and offer support to one another.
