MEGAN CIC aim to provide opportunities for people experiencing mental health issues to share their views and experiences. We offer peer support through group attendance and raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing to combat stigma and discrimination.
Peer Support
We run a range of groups which provide a safe space for people with similar diagnosis / experiences to meet and offer support, share ideas and coping strategies.
