User Voice

The User Voice Project was setup to give mental health service users/clients a voice and a say in how these services run and evolve to meet ever changing needs. With your help we hope to influence positive change. At MEGAN CIC our part in the project covers Medway and DGS (Dartford, Gravesham & Swanley). Chris runs the project in DGS and Sam runs the project in Medway and we need your help to make a difference.

If you’ve accessed a service (it doesn’t have to be mental health related) that has affected your mental health in anyway then we want to hear from you. We would like to know if your experience was a positive or negative one and we may ask you some questions about it. We then collate the feedback each month and this is then presented to the ICB who run the services to create some positive changes and help shape them further.

Please see below for more information as well as contact details and a link to our short survey. Together we can have a voice.

Alternatively if you’d prefer not to speak to us but would like to help make improvements in local services that have affected your mental health in anyway, we have a short survey that can be filled out by clicking on the link below.

Thank you for your help and time, it’s greatly appreciated,
Chris (DGS) & Sam (MEDWAY)
